Without it, we would never get to pressing the fruit! Riveridge has a dedicated team for both quality control and food safety. QC is checking fruit throughout the growing season right on site of the orchards and working with growers to produce quality fruit. Once fruit is harvested, they’re checking pressure, brix, starches, etc to ensure we have the apples that will make the best tasting apple cider. Our Food Safety team conducts audits and verifies cleanliness throughout every day - when the plant is running AND when its closed for a deep cleaning.
